Amanda’s History
Amanda Sherringham, owner of Sherringham Photo art has been taking photos most of her life, she did her first wedding at the age of 12 years old!
Amanda was trained by her late mother, international award winning photographer Bronwyn Sherringham and she is carrying on the tradition of being a leading photographer in NSW.
Amanda strives to capture natural beautiful photographs you will love.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge extra for travel?
If your wedding is on the Central Coast we don’t charge a travel fee. We do weddings all over NSW, There is a $200 travel fee for Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, Sydney, Blue Mountains weddings. If you are outside these areas, there will be an accommodation fee.
Do we get a disk of high resolution images?
The full resolution digital images of the wedding are supplied to you on disk. Photos are fully processed & touched up – ready to print. Presented in a beautiful personalised dvd case.
Can we choose what location we want for a family portrait?
Yes you can choose your favourite beach, park or even at your home, it is up to you. If you are after more of a studio backdrop we can take the photos in our studio at Erina.
How long do we have to wait to received our high resolution disk?
We have a guaranteed 3-4weeks turnaround on photos, Which means you can start printing and showing off your beautiful wedding photos when you return from your honeymoon!!
What is required to book the date?
We require both a 20% deposit of your package, This locks in your date. The complete balance of your package is due 2 weeks before the day of the event. You can pay off your package as you like in several ways. Either by bank deposit, cash, cheque or money order.
We would like to meet up with you to ask a few questions about the photography for our wedding day, is this possible?
Yes, we have a studio at Erina on the Central Coast of NSW. We can make a time that suits you, so you can view all of our products we have available and to discuss your wedding day. We are available most days and can make a time after to work hours if needed also.
Are the wedding albums good quality?
All of our wedding albums are custom designed and handmade from one of the best album companies in Australia, Album Australia (only available to professional photographers), so you can choose from a large range of sizes, covers and colours that suit your style.
How many pictures will you take on our wedding day?
We do not have any limit on photographs taken on the day . However, we generally shoot about 400+ images. After the wedding we edit all of the photographs and cull any closed eyes photo etc. We very much believe in quality not quantity.
Do you run on an hourly basis on our wedding day?
We do not run on an hourly basis, So you can choose how long you want between the ceremony and reception for your location photos etc, We do not charge extra if you run late to the church etc…
Can our guest purchase gift vouchers, so we can pay off our wedding package?
Yes, we have gift vouchers available for purchase from $50. These can be paid for either by bank deposit, cash, cheque or money order.
Can you make up a package to suit my wedding day?
At Sherringham Photo Art we understand that complete packages don’t always suit everyone….Please contact us if you would like a tailored package made to suit your wedding day.
